Advertiswarm is an internal advertising operations tool built and operated by Orth Enterprises LLC, a digital marketing agency. The agency uses it to manage the Google Ads accounts it is authorized to manage through its Google Ads manager (MCC) account.
What it does
- Reporting and search-term analysis.
- Keyword, ad and campaign management, with validate-before-apply checks, change logs and rollback.
Who uses it
Orth Enterprises staff only. Advertiswarm is not offered to the public and has no sign-up.
Data use summary
- Advertiswarm connects to the Google Ads API and the Data Manager API with OAuth, and works only with Google Ads accounts the agency manages.
- It reads account and reporting data, and uploads conversions (with customer email and phone hashed before upload) to a client's own Google Ads account.
- That data is used only to provide the tool's reporting, account management and conversion upload functions.
- It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
- OAuth credentials are stored encrypted, and access is limited to authorized agency staff.
